WithYouWithMe is a FREE online training platform for veterans that develops and up-skills talented military professionals to transition successfully into industry through our pathway and mentoring model. Our software allows veterans to complete a military profile and personality assessment which triggers WithYouWithMe’s tested job fit algorithm and allocates them to a new career pathway. Put simply, we translate military skills and experience and align them with civilian industry needs.
Once on a pathway veterans are allocated an individual (free) up-skill program to develop any necessary “hard skills”, they receive guidance by a mentor in industry and finally are tested through work experience programs to become highly sought-after members of industry.
