Wingocard is on a mission to empower teens to become financially savvy. We don’t believe in profiting from people’s lack of knowledge and understanding of personal finances. And when it comes to teens, we see an opportunity to make a positive impact that will stay with them for life.
Our solution is to build a collaborative banking app for teens and their parents that’s linked to a Visa debit card. We give teens access to the cashless economy while parents can stop handing their credit card. The Wingocard app allows parents to transfer money to their teens and keep an eye on how they spend it. Teens can buy anywhere with their own Visa debit card or directly with their phone. Both teens and parents can work together to set saving goals, learn about personal finance, and understand how the money is spent. We use personal life experiences to help teens develop healthy financial habits.
