WAKAZE is a team passionate in expanding pleasure of Sake to the world. The term “Wakaze” stands for “若勢 wakaze” a young Sake brewery, and “和の風 wa no kaze” a air of harmony. By bringing our fresh air to the culture of Sake, we aim to contribute in communicating the excellence of Sake across the world.
