Zikooin Company develops plant-based meat made from upcycled grains, oats, and rice that otherwise would be thrown away due to aesthetic imperfections. As food tech experts, Zikooin developed a patented and innovative technology called 'protein extrusion' that gives their products a meat-like texture.
