How It Works For Property Managers / Owners
1) Renters see your vacancy online or while driving by
A renter passing by will easily recognize our orange Rently for-rent sign and know they can immediately enter and see without appointment. Each sign has a unique QR code that provides specific vacancy information and entry access on smart phones. The distinctive orange color grabs attention and makes your property stand out from other old fashioned red colored signs. The wooden stand holds the sign in place in all weather conditions, while its welcoming look adds to the aesthetics of the front lawn.
In addition to the for-rent sign, we provide you with a unique URL so you can advertise on your typical channels, such as Craigslist, Postlets, and your own website.
2) Renters use a smart phone to register with their ID on the spot
Renters with a smart phone will be able to open your property on their mobile browser and obtain a one-time unlock code to enter and see the vacancy. We have a GPS check to make sure a renter is present at the property before they are given a one-time code. For additional security measure, we collect credit card info and put a $1 charge to weed out non-serious renters. There is a call manager / owner button in the app for renters who want to apply. By the time a renter calls you, you know they are serious and have already viewed the property. We also have a live phone line to guide renters in case they don't have a smart phone. 3) High Tech and Secure Lock Box
Our electronic lock boxes features reliable secure technology and a durable metal enclosure. They are synchronized with our server to securely generate a one-time use code for specific renters. This unique method allows us to control and monitor access provided to renters.
Our lock boxes are manufactured in the USA. They are only available for rental showings through Rently.
