Why we do what we do:
Significant and persistent changes are occurring in today’s healthcare environment. Fewer physicians are practicing in primary care and many are about to retire; the baby boomer generation as a patient population will continue to grow significantly over the next decade; and current-day economics are influencing staffing options in primary care offices. Extensive market research conducted by PCE led to the creation of this educational initiative. All PCE programs are developed using a continuous assessment model and the most current adult learning principles, and produce ample and meaningful outcomes that are measured post activity.
