JDS Therapeutics markets proprietary, high-quality healthcare products to physicians, healthcare-delivery networks, and other healthcare professionals which focus on women’s health. JDS is focused on providing patients with scientifically backed, natural approaches to meeting their healthcare needs, and owns more than 100 issued or pending patents worldwide involving clinically active natural compounds. JDS had a subsidiary; Nutrition 21, which focused on nutrient components that were part of products used in exercise stimulation. Nutrition 21 was sold to Everwell Health in 2021 for an excess of 40 times our investment. JDS created a second subsidiary, Bonafide, which focused on the needs of menopausal women providing advice and natural products as solutions. Bonafide was sold to Pharmavite, part of the Otsuka Pharmaceutical companies. We made more than 50 times on our investment. Congratulations go to Mike and Phil Satow who created the original company.
