Parsly automates and streamlines these, using machine learning and Big Data analytics. By bringing structure and transparency to one of the world’s oldest and largest industries, our mission is to give restaurateurs more time and money to spend on their core business while reducing food waste and its severe environmental impact. Founded in 2021, we grow bigger and better every day thanks to our agile, talented, and international team.
