NCC is one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in the Nordic region. The business includes construction of residential, office and industrial buildings and roads as well as development of commercial facilities. NCC also produces asphalt and gravel products and performs paving work. At the end of 2020, Nordstjernan was NCC’s largest shareholder, with 17 percent of the share capital and 48 percent of the voting rights. NCC is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
