Morph.ai was started by four friends who left their well-paying jobs to start their entrepreneurial journey. They knew they had to solve some problems people face in day to day life. It took them 6 months to figure out what problem to solve and build a business out of it. Out of the 52 ideas they had in their list, the most promising was the need for a Chatbot that can converse like a human.
Evolution
2016 - Launched website chatbot for enterprise customers
2017 - Launched Facebook messenger bot that was eventually used by Manchester City
2018 - Added AI capabilities to the chatbot
2019 - Launched WhatsApp chatbot for Small, Medium and Enterprise customers
2020 - Launched the self-serve platform that can be used by not so tech-savvy marketing professionals
