metr aims to make the management of housing more efficient and sustainable and to bring more transparency to the condition of technical systems in buildings. To this end, metr is developing the smart building management platform for the housing industry - multifunctional, simple and secure.
In this way, metr simplifies the life and work of people in buildings - from residents to facility management staff and craftsmen to property operators. metr was founded in Berlin in 2016 and is a portfolio start-up of Next Big Thing AG, the company builder for the machine economy.
