Bei mementor arbeitet ein interdisziplinäres Team aus den Bereichen Psychologie, Medizin und Software Entwicklung an digitalen Gesundheitsanwendungen im Bereich der Schlafmedizin und angrenzenden Gebieten. Umfragen zeigen, dass ein Drittel der erwachsenen Bevölkerung an Schlafproblemen leidet und 10% die diagnostischen Kriterien für eine klinische Schlafstörung (Insomnie) erfüllen. Schätzungen zur Folge befinden sich nur ein Bruchteil der Betroffenen in professioneller Behandlung. Wir haben uns zum Ziel gesetzt, diese Versorgungslücke zu schließen. Mit somnio haben wir ein digitales Schlaftraining entwickelt, das als erste App auf Rezept im Bereich der Schlafmedizin zugelassen wurde und von Ärzt:innen und Psychotherapeut:innen verordnet werden kann.
