Vi har valt att kombinera bostadsportföljen med samhällsfastigheter, och även andra kommersiella fastigheter, för att därigenom stärka det löpande kassaflödet.
Vår verksamhet är koncentrerad till Stockholm, Mälardalen samt ett antal utvalda universitets- och högskoleorter i övriga Sverige.
Fastighets- och projektportföljen (inklusive markanvisningar) omfattar cirka 4000 bostäder, varav cirka 2150 studentbostäder, cirka 1700 hyresbostäder och cirka 150 bostäder i samhällsfastigheter.
