The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) was founded by Joshua Rosenthal in 1992 in New York City. Since its inception, 100,000 students in more than 175 countries have completed Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program. Integrative Nutrition’s mission is to empower people to improve their own health and happiness and become certified health coaches.
Integrative Nutrition is recognized by the National College Recommendation Service and has received licensure from the New York State Department of Education. At a low cost of tuition, students hear from the world’s leading experts in nutrition & wellness, including Deepak Chopra, David Katz, MD, and Mark Hyman, MD. The curriculum at Integrative Nutrition covers topics such as lifestyle choices, holistic nutrition, coaching, business & marketing.
Integrative Nutrition recently established additional courses for graduates of the Health Coach Training Program. These courses include the IIN Advanced Business Course, Launch Your Dream Book, Hormone Health Course, Gut Health Course, Emotional Eating Psychology Course & Coach Mastery Course.
Integrative Nutrition also supports graduates who want to further their education after completing the online course. An IIN certificate allows graduates to earn up to 40 Continuing Education Units (CEU) towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Educational partnerships include SUNY Purchase, Maryland University of Integrative Health, Excelsior College, California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), Goddard College, International Health Coach University & Saybrook University!
