Although we don't want to censor any conversations within our Facebook community, as part of the overall Facebook policy any posts that are offensive to other users, and those using expletives will be deleted by the Hovis Facebook team. In cases of very bad behaviour, we may be forced to exclude users from the group.

While we'll pass your customer service enquiries on to the appropriate people, please bear the following in mind:
- We will acknowledge, but not normally answer customer service enquiries left on the wall.
- You can contact customer services yourself directly on contactus@hoviscareline.co.uk
- Normal working hours for the Customer Services Team are 9-5 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Within these restrictions, the Customer Services Team will try to answer your enquiry within 24 hours
