hackajob is a data driven and engaging recruitment platform operating in the digital sector. We use key data points to find candidates jobs uniquely based on their CV and skillsets. Candidates then complete ‘hacks’ which assess their competency and proficiency in the skills that a certain employer is looking for.
Once the candidate has completed the hack, they appear on a transparent leaderboard with the other candidates - make it to the top of the leaderboard, nail the interview and land the job. It's that simple. #talenthackers #gethiredbyhacking
