Schluss mit ständigem Kopieren von Checklisten, durchstreichen von veralteten Kopiervorlagen, fehlenden Dokumentationen zu Arbeitsschritten oder dem umständlichem Abheften der Kontrollblätter am Tages-, Wochen- oder Monatsende. Und das wichtigste: Sie werden umgehend per Mail darüber informiert, wenn etwas nicht ordnungsgemäß erledigt wurde. So kann zeitnah auf den Misstand reagiert werden. Bei der herkömmlichen Zettelwirtschaft fällt es meistens keinem auf, dass Dinge nicht erledigt wurden!
