ExO Works was founded by Salim Ismail and Francisco Palao in early 2016. As a society we are now in the early stages of the Fourth Industrial Revolution - our world is changing at an accelerating pace and the organizations and institutions within it will have to adapt in order to survive.
ExO Works was built to catapult established organizations into the world of exponential thinking and disruptive innovation in order to help them successfully navigate this shift. We design and deliver fundamentally new innovation methodologies, helping leaders understand and align with the emergence of the Exponential Organization (ExO); organizations that have learned to leverage new organizational structures and scale at the pace of technology.
