Founded in 1980 by the Alberola family in Alzira (Valencia), Eurocebollas is a leading company in the design, development, production and commercialization of ready-to-use solutions and ingredients, mainly onion-based, for B2B customers (food industry, catering, and distribution), with a focus on ready-to-eat meals. The company has grown consistently in recent years, thanks to its unique positioning and business model in the industry. Recently, a strategic collaboration agreement was reached with the French company Solina, a leading global group in the food ingredients industry, which joins Eurocebollas as a minority shareholder.
