In 2018, Emerse managed exclusively the entire digital election campaign for one of the parties in the Swedish national election. Emerse Founder and CEO Carl-Johan Grund was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by the largest association of business owners in Sweden, Företagarna. Emerse was joined in 2014 by investment company Spiltan, who since then has been a large shareholder.
