We operate across all investment stages, from seed stage to late growth stage. Dealroom enables investors to track companies’ progress and await the right moment to step in. Founders can select their top choice investors to work with in their private online workspace (dataroom).

We launched Dealroom because we experienced first-hand several challenges in venture capital intermediation. Most market participants will readily identify with the cold-calling, visiting conferences, scouting, courting between investors and entrepreneurs. We believe that huge efficiency gains can be achieved by adding a pinch of automation and transparency to the venture capital industry. Dealroom will launch in October 2013 and was set up by former investment banking and IT consulting professionals.
