Cornerstone Foodservice Group (“CFG”), formerly known as Spring (U.S.A.) Corporation (“Spring”), is a holding company formed by ShoreView to acquire leading niche foodservice equipment businesses. Cornerstone’s first acquisition, Spring, designs and sells innovative foodservice equipment. Spring’s line of branded products includes induction cooking systems, chafing dishes, convertible buffet systems, cookware, heat lamps, and carving stations. Spring sells through foodservice distributors to end users in the hospitality industry, including hotels, stadiums, and contract feeders. The second Cornerstone acquisition was Lloyd Industries, LLC (“Lloyd”), a manufacturer of commercial grade cooking, baking, and other products used in quick serve pizza restaurants and other commercial kitchens. Lloyd’s line of products includes pizza pans, cookware, ovenware, and bakeware. CFG is headquartered in Naperville, IL.
