We began as sellers ourselves, conducting high-volume sales on eBay and Amazon. Customer service was a constant headache. After countless hours of clicking through browser tabs to find and answer messages, we decided we needed something better.
What we wanted was some way to unify support and enable organization and accountability. Finding no good solutions, we decided to build our own: ChannelReply.
Using Zendesk's sophisticated API, we seamlessly tied in Amazon and eBay messaging so we could provide faster support. We knew we had something special when our sales team started dancing a jig. We knew we had something incredible when other sellers asked to use it—and loved it.
