Our approach is to look first at collateral quality and performance. We also review the company's financial statements, but we're more focused on where the company is going than where it has been. And because we focus on collateral quality, we do not require financial convenants. The vast majority of the companies we finance move on to, or back to, bank financing within two to three years.
