The Trade-In Mortgage allows homeowners to use the equity they have in their current home to buy and move into their next home before they sell. This simplifies and streamlines the home-buying process by empowering homeowners to submit attractive, non-contingent offers as good as cash on new prospects, buy and move into their new home before they sell their existing one, and make repairs and stage their old home for sale after they have moved out. Unlike other buy-first solutions, homeowners are able to work with their realtor and lender of choice and will move forward with a conventional 80% loan on their new home without incurring the costs of moving twice, short-term rentals, double mortgage payments, and/or private mortgage insurance.
