今般、2021年8月13日に、本ファンドの第十八号案件として株式会社アクティブアンドカンパニー（代表取締役社長兼CEO 大野 順也）に対して投資を実行しました。
同社は、企業が抱える人事部門のDX化をコンサルティングのうえ、当社が開発したクラウド型HRオートメーションシステム「サイレコ」を活用し、解決に導く企業です。「サイレコ」は、組織人事の情報を蓄積し、経営情報としての活用を支援するクラウド型人事管理システムで、人事担当者のデータ蓄積作業の業務効率化に寄与すると同時に、蓄積されたデータを自在に抽出することで、タレントマネジメントなど、人事情報の活用シーンを広げることを実現するツールとなっております。今後、中堅中小企業向けに「サイレコ」の積極的な普及を拡大していく計画です。
