みらい創造機構は、東京工業大学と社会連携活動の推進に向けた組織的連携協定を締結し、2016年9月に東工大関連のベンチャーを投資対象とした「みらい創造一号投資事業 有限責任組合（通称：みらい創造一号ファンド）」を設立しました。
一号ファンドでは、3年連続3社のIPOおよび1社のM&Aにより、合計4社のEXITを達成しています。
2021年9月に東工大関連ベンチャーを中心に投資領域に高専関連ベンチャーを加えた「みらい創造二号投資事業 有限責任組合（通称：みらい創造二号ファンド）」を設立しました。
東工大と密に連携しながら独立系民間VCとして柔軟な体制で運営しています。
