Founded in 1995, Generation provides equity capital to growth companies as either minority or majority investors. We are highly-selective and specialize in building businesses that marry positive purpose with best-practice business processes. Over the past three decades, the firm’s principals have invested in over 50 companies, generating value for our partners by sharing best practices and developing specific tools and resources to help managers take their companies to the next level.
